Rogerio is an experienced Business Development, Management and Advisory professional focused on infrastructure projects, business management and turn-arounds. His background encompass banking & finance, telecoms, agro-business, renewable energy and ports and container terminal infrastructure.
From 1997 to 2005, Rogerio served as an executive of the Hutchison Whampoa Group, with an international career covering several markets including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, Uruguay, Paraguay, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and others, and holding key positions such as Senior BD Manager, CFO, CEO and Board member. From 2006 to 2016 Rogerio continued to represent the Hutchison Ports group in Brazil, and also developed projects in the agro and energy sectors.
Rogerio holds a bachelor Business Administration degree at Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil

Townsend has a forty year multi-disciplined background in law, commercial, investment and merchant banking. He has provided financial and management advice to management teams seeking financing to start up or restructure businesses in various industries including agribusiness financing, cellular towers, a data storage center, security guards, and real estate. Mr. Lathrop has also formed and managed four private investment funds. During ten years at the Citibank Private Bank, he served as a Relationship Manager for high net worth clients and specialized in assisting owners of appreciated assets to sell them in tax efficient transactions. Mr. Lathrop was also the Financial Advisor for a retired President of Citigroup and served as the Legislative Assistant for a U.S. Congressman.
He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1971, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Fordham University School of law in 1977 and was admitted to practice law in New York in 1977 and Florida and the District of Columbia in 1978.
